Vasectomy reversal is a technically demanding microsurgical procedure designed to reestablish the flow of sperm through the vas deferens, the tubes that transport sperm from the testicles, in order to achieve natural conception.

Success depends on several factors, including the time elapsed since the vasectomy and the quality of the fluid found during surgery. A prior evaluation allows us to estimate the odds in each case.
