Reproductive surgery brings together the microsurgical procedures aimed at restoring or retrieving male fertility, performed under a surgical microscope for maximum precision.

It includes vasectomy reversal, microsurgical varicocelectomy (with intraoperative 20-MHz MicroDoppler), and surgical sperm retrieval via micro-TESE and MESA for cases of azoospermia.
